EARLYBIRDS CLUB
Earlybirds Club is a dance party designed for women, trans, and non-binary folks that starts at 6pm and ends at 10pm – because we have shit to do in the morning! Our DJ spins music from the 80s to 2000s, including pop, hip-hop, new wave, and R&B – you know, the songs you sing at the top of your lungs when no one’s home! Earlybirds Club is more than a fun night out, it’s a supportive space where kindness, good vibes, and sensible footwear rule, and 10% of proceeds always benefit a local non-profit. Come as you are – there’s plenty of room on the dance floor for everyone. 10% of ticket proceeds benefit The Womxn Project, which takes action to secure reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ rights, and government transparency in Rhode Island. Note: By purchasing these tickets, you are consenting to be photographed for promotional purposes. People of all backgrounds and identities are encouraged to attend all of our events.

NICK LUTSKO & THE $100K BAND

Nick Lutsko is a musician from Chattanooga, Tennessee who makes unhinged comedy songs with hooks so infectious and anthemic they’ll stick in your brain for months. While Lutsko has been making music for years both in traditional songwriting like his 2019 album Swords and writing parody tunes for places like Super Deluxe, I interviewed him in 2021 for VICE about the music that would make up his album Songs on the Computer. That LP is a collection of joke songs he posted first as Twitter videos from 2019 to 2021 including unsolicited theme songs for Spirit Halloween, Netflix’s The Irishman, and increasingly dark takes on the Republican National Convention, Trump Jr., and Dan Bongino. His videos are bonkers, combining jokes with horror and occasionally outlandish puppets. It’s better experienced than explained on paper. Few people captured the absurdity of that era better than Lutsko.

16th Annual New England Winter Blues Festival True Blue Productions knocks it out of the park once again with another outstanding lineup of nationally/internationally, renowned Blues greats for the 16th Annual New England Winter Blues Festival John Nemeth – “One of the best vocalists working today, John Németh has received a multitude of nominations for Blues Music Awards and Blues Blast Awards, including four consecutive BMA nominations for the B.B King Entertainer Of The Year Award. His live shows highlight his dynamic stage presence, impressive vocal range, excellent song writing and masterful harmonica playing.” Kevin Burt – For more than 25 years, Kevin Burt has been electrifying audiences throughout the Midwest dispelling the myth that true blues has no roots in Iowa. His soul-inspired presentation is unique, which consistently gets him compared to a range of artists like Bill Withers and Aaron Neville, with the ability to build an audience rapport Darrell Nulisch – Darrell Nulisch (Dallas, Texas) is an American blues singer and harmonica player. A two-time Grammy Award Nominee, Darrell was a key member of The James Cotton Band, founding member of Anson Funderburgh and the Rockets and member of Ronnie Earl and The Broadcasters. Nulisch’s repertoire incorporates soul combined with R&B and Chicago blues, redesigned to complement his distinctive vocals. Willie J. Law – A Texas guitar “gun slinger”, vocalist and song writer following in the footsteps of T-Bone Walker, Lightning Hopkins, Albert King and many others. This music is the kind of real Texas soul, all mixed up with classic R&B, country, blues/funk that grows from the Texas soil. Willie has performed nationally and internationally, including 2 tours of Russia at the invite of the US Consulate in St Petersburg. Nick “Mr. Nick” David – For the last 25 years dynamo Blues shouter, unorthodox harmonica ace and extraordinary stage presence Nick David has been entertaining audiences in New England and around the world. Nick spent 12 years fronting the widely regarded Mr. Nick & the Dirty Tricks, which included the Billboard charted album “Oh Wow” produced by the legendary Curtis Salgado. Nick has performed and recorded with many notable musicians, including; Luther “Guitar Junior” Johnson, The Holmes Brothers, John Popper, Otis Grand, Jerry Portnoy, Duke Robillard, Ronnie Earl, Curtis Salgado, Big Bill Morganfield, Jason Ricci, James Harman, The Nighthawks, Paul deLay, Rick Estrin & Junior Watson to name a few.
