CabaRestle Is Vulgar and Beautiful

CabaRestle is as vulgar as it is beautiful when we come to The Met for the first time to pay tribute to punk. CabaRestle is a unique blend of pro wrestling, drag, burlesque, and live music that hits harder than the pit at a Gorilla Biscuits show. Our eclectic lineup of wrestlers features freaks and geeks of all sorts: a Broadway diva delivering show tunes and suplexes, a homemaker hell-bent on ultra-violence, a meta-human supervillain, an evil undead Egyptian mummy, the mean girls from your high school, a deathmatch king who feels no pain, and the local scene killers. They’ll be joined by an all-star lineup of drag and burlesque including: from Revry TV’s King of Drag, Henlo Bullfrog; host of Harley’s Funhouse and leading queen of the Worcester scene, Harley Queen; New England’s drag demoness, Vesper; your favorite final girl from hell, Thee Enigma Punk; returning from a performance hiatus just for CabaRestle, Osceanna Rose; and the alt-fae girly of New England, Faelien Bean. Then get ready to make art with the musical guest, Basic Bitches, visiting from Brooklyn for one night only!Saturday September 20, 20258:00 PMThe Met1005 Main St #122Pawtucket, RI 02860

CANCELLED: B. DOLAN – STL GLD “United Divided Tour”
B. DOLAN In the aftermath of an emergency spine surgery that radically altered his perspective and body, B. Dolan emerges after a four year hiatus from touring and releasing LPs with a new collection of songs, a new stage show, and a harrowing new story to tell. Written during COVID lockdown and his quarantined procedure and recovery, “The Wound is Not The Body” (a title sampled from Adrienne Maree Brown’s poem ‘The Founding Wound’) winds through 9 new rap songs littered with strange characters, pandemic fatigue, autobiographical thoughts on hip hop, living and aging, and resolve in the face of new challenges. STL GLD Formed in 2014 by Moe Pope and producer The Arcitype, STL GLD’s powerful message and exhilarating live show has quickly earned them the reputation as one the most exciting bands to come out of New England. On the surface, they are a Hip Hop band. However, through their captivating performances, STL GLD (pronounced STILL GOLD) blends elements of Hip Hop, Rock, Punk, and Cinematic Orchestra together for an unforgettable experience.
